Elinor Trainer leads the Extraordinary Conversations Communications practice. For more than 25 years, Elinor has worked as a communications specialist developing and implementing communications programs designed to support the corporate objectives of both leaders and their organizations.

Working closely with executive teams, Elinor's significant experience in the areas of change communications, corporate positioning, marketing communications and media relations, is complemented by her expertise in strategic communication planning and helping senior executives communicate new visions, corporate strategies and initiatives. Elinor has broad experience in a variety of business sectors including: technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and service.
