With 28 years experience, including a broad senior corporate career in Marketing, Strategic Planning and Customer Service, Susan brings a seasoned management perspective and deep understanding of leadership and organizational challenges to all projects. Her professional qualifications include a Masters in Environmental Studies from York University where she studied Collaborative Change, the Learning Organization and frameworks for Responsible Governance. She also has a degree in English and is a trained facilitator and focus group moderator.
